If the time ever comes when an owner in our neighborhood has to leave and sell their property it can be a daunting task. Rather than searching for a expensive agent that doesn't know them or their property, clients can list their homes on the MLS through our in-house sister company Gordon Pass Realty. We will not only list the property but we will also professionally market and position the property for an exceptional experience. Given our role as property manager we are uniquely able to respond to all inquires with depth and authority which is always appreciated by potential buyers.
