We are a full service C.A.M. providing all necessary functions such as: budget prep, vendor management, assessment collection, accounting, meeting management, insurance procurement, owner communication and anything else needed to manage your association.  Our specialty is providing clients with easy and transparent access to all of their Association documents, prompt and responsive updates on all maintenance requests, and continuously reviewing vendors to maximize service and minimize costs to keep those assessments as low as possible.

If the time ever comes when an owner in our neighborhood has to leave and sell their property it can be a daunting task.  Rather than searching for a expensive agent that doesn't know them or their property, clients can list their homes on the MLS  through our in-house sister company Gordon Pass Realty.  We will not only list the property but we will also professionally market and position the property for an exceptional experience.  Given our role as property manager we are uniquely able to respond to all inquires with depth and authority which is always appreciated by potential buyers. Our agents have a network of connections and a level of knowledge about the local condo market that is the envy of the agent community.  When Gordon Pass Realty lists for an existing client we can also offer fees well below market rates and waive several other costs making listing with us a very economical option as well.
