We specialize in managing boutique condominium associations between Gordon Pass and Central Ave. in downtown Naples. We help our clients manage their association by organizing their meetings, managing their accounting and financial statements, and supervising the vendors that maintain their property. We also assist homeowners with rentals or real estate transactions upon request. Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our property management and real estate operations. This position is perfect for young professionals who are eager to learn and grow in the property management industry. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into property management, real estate transactions, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, property owners, and prospective clients.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Attend board meetings and operate zoom and minute taking software.
- Property Maintenance:
- Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repairs with contractors and vendors.
- Supervise vendors to insure the job is done right
- Obtain competitive bids from vendors for any given association project
- Financial Management:
- Assist in assessment collection and monitor accounts receivable.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budget management for associations.
- Use banking software to pay association’s bills for them.
- Real Estate:
- Conduct market research and generate comparative market analysis.
- Show and market properties and listings to prospective buyers.
- Assist in real estate transactions, including property listings, marketing, and paperwork.
- Professional Development:
- Obtain your Florida state CAM license.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in property management and real estate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency or able to learn business office software including Google Drive and Zoom.
