Position Overview
As a Junior Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our property
management and real estate operations. This position is perfect for an energetic
professional who is eager to learn and grow in the property management industry. The
position calls for approximately 50% of time spent in the office and the other 50% to be
spent at client properties. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain
valuable insights into property management, real estate transactions, and customer
service in one of the most valuable real estate markets in the country.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Google Drive, Office 365, and Zoom
Willingness to obtain a Florida CAM and/or a Florida Real Estate License

Key Responsibilities
Property Maintenance:
Work with associations’ Board of Directors to select the optimal vendors
Coordinate and schedule repairs with contractors and vendors.
Obtain competitive bids from vendors and monitor their work.
Review vendor invoices for accuracy.
Financial Management:
Work with the board of directors to prepare annual budgets.
Obtain approvals and then pay vendor invoices.
Bill owners for assessments and monitor payments.
Prepare financial reports for the Board of Directors.
Customer Service:
Participate in board meetings and take notes on topics discussed.
Respond to any issues/concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
Foster outstanding relationships with clients.
Stay attuned to client’s potential real estate transaction needs.
